WHAT DOES WAITLIST MEAN?

When a product is sold out and a customer has either commented sold or has it added to their basket it will be automatically added to a waitlist at checkout.

 

WHY IS THE PRODUCT WAITLISTED AND NOT JUST LISTED AS SOLD OUT?

We evaluate each item after it posts, and we will reorder once all items have been purchased, based on the numbers from our waitlist! The waitlist helps us to understand when customers would like us to restock a product, so if you want to see that product in our catalog again, the waitlist is your best way to tell us!

 

IF I AM ON A WAITLIST WHEN WILL I GET THE PRODUCT?

We re-order frequently but unfortunately, there is no way to know when a specific item will come back in stock. Sometimes our suppliers are unable to fulfill our restock requests, so there is a chance your item may not become available.

 

IF I HAVE A PRODUCT WAITLISTED WILL I BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED WHEN IT IS RESTOCKED?

You won’t pay for the item until it is in stock and ready to ship. At that time you will receive an email notifying you that the item is back in stock and you can decide if you still want to purchase.

 

CAN I PRE-AUTHORIZE PAYMENT FOR WAITLISTED PRODUCTS?

You definitely can with our Preauthorize feature! Not only does it ensure you won’t miss out when the item comes back in stock...it also moves you to the TOP of the waitlist! Here is how you get setup.

  • Head over to your waitlist in the app (just click on the heart icon at the bottom).
  • Select the item you don’t want to miss out on from your waitlist.
  • Select the “Preauthorize” button in the top left corner.

You’re all set up! Now when that product is back in stock in the size and color you indicated we’ll just charge you and ship it.

Change your mind on that preauthorized item? No worries! Just click the “remove” button in the top right corner and we will take it off your waitlist.

 

HOW DO I VIEW MY WAITLIST?

To view your waitlist, go to Your Account Page. Then simply scroll down the page and under Expired Items will be a link to Waitlist Items. If you want to find your waitlist items in the App you can click on the heart icon at the bottom menu in the center.
